Super Hero- This class is designed for athletes/kids under the age of 6. The class will be working gross motor skills and entry level skills such as forward roll, backward toll, handstand, cartwheel, round-off, bridge, backbend, backbend kick-over, back walkover, and back handsprings.
Passion- This class is designed for kids of all ages working on entry level skills such as handstand, cartwheel, round-off, bridge, backbend, backbend kick-over, back walkover, and back handsprings. Must have a solid back handspring to move to the Passion Plus Class.
Passion Plus- Must have a Round-Off Back Handspring and Standing Back Handspring. This class is designed to work specifically on Round-Off Round-Off Multiple Back Handsprings (3), Multiple Standing Back Handspring (5). Must have Round-Off three back handspring and standing five back handsprings to move to the Commitment Class.
Commitment- Must have Round-Off Three Back Handspring and Standing Five Back Handsprings. This class is designed to work on Round-Off Back Handspring Tuck, Layout, Variations, Standing Tuck, and Standing Back Handspring to all skills.
Success- Must have Round-Off Back Handspring Layout and Standing Tuck. This class is designed to work on Round-Off Back Handspring Full, Double Full, Variations, Standing Full, Standing Double, and Standing Back Handsprings to all skills.
All Level Tumbling- This class is built for your convenience as it is open to all abilities and ages. The class is still structured to aid and improve your child’s tumbling whether beginner or advanced.
Adult Tumbling- This class is designed to bring out the inner child in you! Relearn the basics and get back to your old tumbling self with the comfort of your friends.
Invitation Only- This class differs weekly based upon the specific needs of the invited athletes.
Precious Gems- A free tumbling class for special needs kids working on gross motor skills and various tumbling skills.
Variations- This class is designed to work on specialty skills such as front walkovers, punch fronts, whips, arabians etc.
Jump- This class is designed to work on the basic techniques and body movements required for jumping. (30 Minutes)
Stunt- This class is broken down into two sections, the first is stretching the flyer/base, and the second is working with a stunt group. Various skills will be worked on that associate with the level and ability of the athlete.
Conditioning & Mobility- This class works on strength, stamina, and stability along with mobility to enhance the athletes cheerleading performance.
Flexibility- This class will work on various techniques to improve flexibility and mobility. Flexibility training is perhaps the most undervalued component of conditioning. While recent and ongoing debate questions its role in injury prevention, athletes can still gain much from a stretching regime.

- Decreases your risk of getting an injury.
- Stretching is a really good way of cleaning out toxins, such as lactic acid, from your body.
- Helps to correct muscle imbalances.
- Increases the amount your joints can move.
- Helps to lengthen your muscles and will make you less likely to become stiff the following day after working out.
- Keeps the normal length of all muscles as you age.
- Helps to stop you from feeling rickety and old.
Medford Lakes- This class is specific to children located within the Medford Lakes community wishing to tumble together.
Bishop Eustace- This class is specific to the athletes currently enrolled in the Bishop Eustace Preparatory cheerleading program.
Florence Twp.- This class is specific to the athletes currently enrolled in the Florence Cheerleading program.
